Loving the sun
We’ve been there. It’s a beautiful summer day. The temperature is just right. There’s not a cloud in the sky. You bask in the hot sun and let the rays warm your face. You come inside looking sun-kissed and tan….or maybe you see a touch of rosy cheeks, or a painful blush of a sunburn.
Soaking up the sun can be enjoyable… but it can also be damaging to your skin. If you haven’t taken the proper precautions to protect yourself from the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays, the sun can cause damage to your skin over time that can have lasting effects.
Sun damage doesn’t have to be permanent
Maybe you are seeing the effects from an abundance of sunny days and tanning sessions from your youth. Maybe you’ve tried your best to protect yourself from the sun, but you still see areas on your skin impacted by the sun that you’d like to reverse. If you have had repeated exposure to the sun, you may experience common sun damage skin conditions such as: brown spots, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, sun spots and drooping.
Our skin is the largest organ in the body, and it helps shield us from the sun. Though the sun damage may feel permanent, it does not have to look permanent. Restore health to your skin through rewarding treatments that can reverse the damages made by the sun’s harsh rays. Start a new chapter, and get a fresh, healing start for your skin.
