VISIA Consultation

Glō offers a 45-minute consultation with one of our skin care specialists on the state-of-the-art VISIA facial analysis system. Our goal is to create a customized skin care treatment plan for each of our clients. The consultation requires a $50.00 deposit.

First Timers

If this is your first appointment at glo and you have not completed your paperwork online, please arrive about 15 minutes early so we can complete your skin care history information and treatment consent forms. First time clients and consultations will be required to put down a non-refundable deposit. This deposit can be put towards your treatments or products.

Late Arrivals

We understand that life is busy and your schedule can be hectic. If you feel like you may be late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can. Additionally, if you are more than 10 minutes late, glō will not be able to provide the treatment and you will need to reschedule your appointment and pay a late charge.

Cancellations

In today’s hustling and bustling society, we know that things come up, and plans can change. Please give us a call as soon as you can if you need to cancel or move your appointment. If you don’t show up for your appointment or fail to notify us, you will be charged $50. We require a 24-hour cancellation notification.

Product Returns

Our skin care specialists will ensure you have the perfect product for specific for you and your skin type! We do not accept returns for any opened skin care products. For any items that are unopened, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for in store credit only in our gloTIQUE.

Payment

Glō accepts all major credit cards – American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, and of course cash.

If you would like to finance your glō treatment, we encourage you to apply through CareCredit. CareCredit financing helps make the health, wellness and beauty treatments you want possible today!

If you would like to schedule an appointment glō Skin Spa, you can either call us at (989) 465-7721 or you can use our online booking platform. If you don’t have an existing account with us, create one today. Please note that a credit card is required to secure your online appointment.
