Hailey is a graduate from Central Michigan University where she attained a BSBA degree in Human Resource Management. Her passion for skincare and cosmetics brought her to the medical aesthetic industry. She joined the Glo team in 2019 as a client concierge before transitioning into a management role. She is the integrator for all things operations at Glo, and is always striving to create exceptional client experiences.
